Emotionally Healthy Discipleship
As a church, our vision is for all to know new life in Jesus.
This kind of transformation begins with deep change from the inside out.
Introducing Emotionally Healthy Discipleship
Over the last 21 years, Emotionally Healthy Discipleship has been a strategy for discipleship that is proven to change lives not just on the surface, but deep within.
Perhaps you have felt like you were doing all the ‘right’ things as a Christian but not growing to be more like Jesus in the ways you’d hoped?
The same patterns of struggle come up again and again. However, the truth is that we cannot be spiritually mature while being emotionally immature.

• There is a need for Table Leaders to be trained to properly understand their role
• The small group format often resulted in very little transformation when not undertaken in an intentional way
• Our desire is for people to partake in EHD with a high level of ownership rather than by obligation to the group
• It’s important for Table Leaders to be actively growing in and living out the teaching before helping others to do the same
